Use

The coco-betaine is integrated at the end of preparation, after having mixed the aqueous phase and the still hot oily phase. Slowly add the coco-betaine, mixing slowly so as not to bubble your preparation.
Dosage: 2 to 8% of the total weight (1 to 3% for leave-in makeup removers)

Use

Ideal for the manufacture of liquid hand soaps, facial cleansing gels, sanitary products, leave-in makeup removers and foaming products.

Trick

Aloe shampoo-shower gel recipe (André Bitsas)

The ingredients for 200 ml of shampoo:

Aqueous phase (70%):
Oily phase (10%): Surfactants (18.75%): Preservatives + aromatic proportion (1-3%):
Remark :
The viscosity varies depending on the ingredients added, which is why it is necessary to be precise in the weighings.
Optionally, you can add in aqueous phase 3-5% of the emulsifying packaging such as, for example, Stearamidopropyl dimethylamine for a 2 in 1 shampoo effect.
The presence of glycerin hydrates, softens and smooths the hair.
Jojoba vegetable oil nourishes and stops hair loss, improves shine and suppleness, regulates sebum secretions, suitable for all hair types.

Manual :
1 / Transfer the aqueous phase to a container. Aloe will be added at low temperature at the end of preparation.
2 / Heat this phase over low heat in a double boiler until the wheat proteins have completely melted. Gently mix everything throughout heating, up to a temperature of 40-45 ° C maximum.
3 / In another container transfer the oily phase and heat in a water bath to reach approximately the same temperature as the aqueous phase. Mix well.
4 / Gradually incorporate the aqueous phase into the oily phase, mixing gently using the mini-whisk. Slowly add the surfactants. Slow stirring does not allow your preparation to bubble too much. When the preparation is lukewarm, add the Aloe vera.
5 / Finally add the preservatives and essential oils, always mixing gently between each addition.
6 / Transfer the preparation to its bottle using the small funnel if necessary.
